Springwater-Wayland EMS has a Board of Directors who are responsible for all fiscal and contractual obligations of the organization. SWEMS is a 501(c)3 non-profit and the Board of Directors ensure that the organization abides by the requirements imposed by the IRS.

Jessica is a 2001 graduate of Livonia Central School in Livonia, N.Y. She started her adventures in first response as a firefighter for the Conesus Fire Department where she was a member for almost a year. She then took time off to focus on her growing family. Jessica is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University online working towards her MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She received her Associates and Bachelors in Accounting through Everest University. She is currently serving on the board as treasurer.
Mr. Eric L. Williams II joined the Springwater Wayland EMS in August of 2017 with the vision of fulfilling his everyday passion, being in a group of people with one mission in common and that mission is to make a difference in the community and the lives of the local residents. Mr. Williams was born and raised in New York, but spent much of his childhood and adult years in Ft. Myers, Florida. He has two children, an 11-year-old and a 1 year old. At the age of 23, having been employed with ADT for 4.5 years, he holds a management position, directing the sales among multiple divisions within multiple districts in New York State. Aside from work, Mr. Williams is currently working towards obtaining his Doctorate in Business with a focus of International marketing and accounting. When he is not working he spends much of his time with his children and family. Mr. Williams has a huge passion for helping the community and assisting in any way he can. He continues to live by the motto that every day is a new day to be better than he was the day before.
