The SWEMS Training officer, Captain Tim Stoddard, was asked to assist in the skills evaluation at the annual New York State Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Association’s Youth EMS competition. Capt Stoddard joined a team of evaluators from across the state to score 14 different youth teams that competed.
